AGM

   The Annual General Meeting was held on Sunday 30th July, 2023
  at the Monbulk Living & Learning Centre at 2.00pm.
  Guest speaker was Ross Field, M Agr Sc, PhD, Entomoogist who gave an illustrated talk on

"Butterflies of the Dandenong Ranges"

  The meeting was well attended and the 2023-2024 committee was elected.

A special thankyou presentation was made to Betty Marsden OAM, as retiring President - a role she has held for 37 years.

Prof. Michael Buxton from Environment and Planning at R.M.I.T. University.

Remembered by many as a  Councillor with Shire of Sherbrooke from1978 to 1984, Professor Buxton spoke on the changes to Melbourne's Residential Zones and the rise in townhouse and apartment style developments across Melbourne's suburbs.
